Small Group Workshop
What's the purpose? Back to Basics

This workshop will work on how to achieve strength, suppleness, sensitivity and stamina as part of your yoga practice.

This workshop is suitable for everyone except complete beginners.

When: Saturday 13th April (10am - 4pm)
              Sunday 14th (10 am - 1pm)

Cost: £80 for the weekend (includes lunch on Saturday)
           £30 non-refundable deposit required to book a space
